Pistachio is one of the most significant oil seeds
from the family of Anacardicea.
It is composed of a kernel and a husk.
The husk has a hard layer named shell and a softer
layer called hull. The kernel has a green skin
with a sweet taste and occupies different portions of
the kernel in various types of pistachio.
