GEO has been managed to make the development of a plastic bottle project for a listed Japan company after continually striving and efforts. To date, the project has been in mass-production with stable qualities and on-time deliveries, where makes the clients greatly satisfied.
The project started from October in last year. GEO confirmed with the client in every aspect and details after the evaluation and quotation to the product, yet advised useful proposals in terms of bettering the process adaptive to Chinese manufacturing environment and facilities in costing down the budget. The project therefore stepped into the tooling phase after everything clarified and confirmed in the Huangyan plastic mold factory.
As the project went by, GEO were concentrate on the process with our know-how and experience to maintain the stability of the process. We communicate with client regularly in reporting the progress and discussing the quality issues. Until the January of 2007, the project went on the mold trail step, GEO put great strength in improving and modify as per the requirements, brought forth useful solutions to those defects. In the end, the first articles were approved by the client that turns the project into production step in the Wuxi non-dust workshop.
During production, GEO closely follow-up with factory and report the QC documents with project report and analysts to the client on weekly basis.
GEO provide stable and tailored services as planning, controlling, packaging and logistics & Customs for the clients, it successfully lead the project to a stable yielding output of 35,000 pcs per month.
