We also manufacture and supply the fuel injector sleeves as per customer sample or drawings. We already developed some of the injector sleeves for other models.
There are 4 units, for exports and domestic market,
- Unit 1 = 100% EOU for cylinder liners & sleeves, Pistons & Rings
- Unit 2 = Domestic unit for cylinder liners & sleeves, Pistons & Rings
- Unit 3 = Casting & Sleeves for exports
- Unit 4 = Fuel injector sleeves for exports and domestic market
We have all in house facilities including induction furnaces, CNC, VMC Machining, Grinding, honing etc., Material analysis Laboratory and throughout inspection instrumentation control. Apart from that we have well versed & trained workforce for supplier development and process control.As we have been dealing in the field of engineering for last 27 years, we shall be able to handle any inquiry for the featured items above.
