JSJ-368 is applicable to:
Aluminum, Zinc alloy casting, auto parts, motorcycle, military products, hardware,toys, lights factory; Different tonnage cold chamber casting machine, heat pressure casting machine;
Different characteristic,size, complexity cavity and mandrel mould;
Product characteristics:
Good adhesive ability at high temperature, good lubricating performance, no damage to the moulds, no corrosion to the casting;
Without any effects for the casting products,
Environment friendly, do no harm for human body;
Usage and dosage:
According to the volume of the holder, and diluting proportion:
Aluminum and aluminum alloy products diluting proportion: JSJ368:Water=1:80-120(which means one Kg can should be mixed with 80Kgs to 120 Kgs water)
Zinc and Zinc alloy: products diluting proportion: JSJ368: water=1:80-100(which means one Kg can should be mixed with 80Kgs to 100 Kgs water)
Appropriate treatment agent proportion should be categorize as per casting size, comlexity, thickness, best proportion should meet: mould can be released easily while casting products are white and bright. If the casting products blackened, it means too much release agent is added.
