JSJ-123 Degreasing agent(for aluminum products)
JSJ-123 is a kind of powder product, made of Imported surfactant, domestic builder, complexant, and corrosion inhibitor, and will not cause corrosion to the aluminum or aluminum alloy products. It only takes five to ten minutes to get rid of the greasy dirt under temperature 60℃-80℃.
Applicable to:
Degreasing of non ferrous metal before baking paint,galvanization, oxygenation coating.
Usage note:
Soaking, or brushing
Bath solution: work liquid 3-5% agent
Temperature: 60℃-80℃
Treatment PH: 8-9
Treatment Time: 5-10 minutes
Bath solution maintenance
*clean bath solution surface greasy dirt;
*Take out bath botttom debris reguraly, and add JSJ-123(2-5 Kg/Metric Ton)
