JSJ-126 is a kind of powder product, made of Imported surfactant and anti rust product, domestic builder, complexant, and corrosion inhibitor, and will not cause corrosion to the workpiece. It only takes three to five minutes to get rid of the greasy dirt under temperature80℃-100℃.
Applicable to:
Degreasing cleaning of non ferrous metal before quenching baking paint,galvanization, oxygenation coating.
Usage note:
Soaking, or brushing
Bath solution: work liquid 3-5% agent
Temperature: 80℃-1000℃
Treatment PH: 14
Treatment Time: 3-5 minutes
Bath solution maintenance
*clean bath solution surface greasy dirt;
*Take out bath botttom debris reguraly, and add JSJ-126(2-5 Kg/Metric Ton)
