the development of medical, animal husbandry and biotechnology research in home and abroad, there will be more and more storage of semen, cells and biological samples ect. while the traditional storage methods will obviously appeared some flaws such as decentralized management, intensive labor, poor security and so on. In order to solve these problems, our company specially designs and develops liquid nitrogen biology storage systems, which can be divided into two types of economical and remote control to satisfy the customers’requirements.
1 remote control features (CBSS-1)
①Central managed by the central control room; Monitor, record and print the original data at real time, and realize the remote control of liquid nitrogen complement for each container automatically or manually.
②Each liquid nitrogen storage tank design a control system independently, which is made up of two independent subsystems----liquid level measurement and temperature measurement, to improve the security of samples.
③Windows operator interface display the performance of inside liquid nitrogen for each container visually.
④Managed by industrial PC machine, can realize long-distance transmission,support SMS wireless remote alarm, and share LAN resource .
⑤Equipped with stand-by power to avoid equipment failure caused by power off.
⑥High-quality shielded cable realizes remote data circuit detection; It will send alarm signal if monitor and control system become abnormal, double protection to verify equipment operate properly.
⑦Equipped with hypoxia alarm system inside the storage. It will open exhaust system automatically to regulate indoor air if the indoor oxygen concentration is too low.
⑧Sensors and liquid filling system have been carefully considered when designing
container , beautiful appearance and ingenious structure .
⑨ Pipeline system uses high-vacuum multi-layer insulation cryogenic pipe,low nitrogen losses and designed according to house structure, compact structure, beautiful appearance, simple operation and easy to manage.
⑩Liquid nitrogen source uses multi-layer insulation storage tank, low static liquid nitrogen evaporation rate ,safe and reliable.
2. Economical features: (CBSS-2)
①Each liquid nitrogen storage tanks equip with a monitoring and control equipment independently to monitor the temperature inside the container and at the same time control the liquid nitrogen level of container automatically , making sure top items being immersed in liquid nitrogen;
②Equipped with manual valves, so that we can make up liquid nitrogen manually when solenoid valves is failure, improving the safety of frozen samples.
③Small, easy to operate, and send sound and light alarm signal when equipment failure.
④Equipped with hypoxia alarm to avoid indoor low oxygen causing operator to choke.
⑤Sensors are designed according to customers’ requirements. Liquid filling pipes are made of bellow tubes,.
⑥Liquid transfer pipelines use high-vacuum multi-layer insulation cryogenic pipe, low nitrogen losses.
⑦Nitrogen source adopts multi-layer insulation small storage tank, low evaporation rate, safe and reliable.
⑧The total system connects by the type of pipeline, simple and beautiful structure, easy to operate and convenient to manage.
3. Storage for laboratory features: (CBSS-3)
①Measure and control liquid level inside liquid nitrogen storage tank automatically.
②High/low threshold-crossing sound and light alarm, sensor fault alarm and parameter setting fault alarm.
③Control methods are divided into two forms of temperature control and liquid level control , which are selected by customers.
④Measure the liquid nitrogen level inside rehydration tank automatically; Sound and light alarm warn that the liquid nitrogen will run out.
⑤Stable high vacuum multi-layer insulation design ,low Static liquid nitrogen evaporation losses, economical use ect.
⑥Equipped with square plastic boxes inside storage tank, specifically designed for centrifuge bottle storage.
⑦Carrying cart(optional), for convenient transferring indoors.
