1.The roller adopts Taper-shape to make both ends line-speed consistent to die-inner and die-outer,so it avoids dislocation friction between rollers and dies,so that the resistance is reduced,accordingly the energy consumption reduced,dies' lifetime is enlarged.This is significant difference between the similar compression formation machine.

2.It adopts screw-center adjusting pressure structure,the pressed rollers' gap can be adjusted small or big,so it can meet the different materials demand and make sure the pelleting effect.

3.This series models adopts the structure of big body and broad groove,Wood sawdust,stalks requires bigger pressure,so the pressed rollers is the heart of the press machine.compared to other congeneric machinem,Taper rollers has his own advantage of enlarging the pressed rollers at will.(compared to ring-die pellet mills,the ring dies pellet mills is restricted by ring die diameter,its roller can not be enlarged enough,roller bearing room is smaller,so the assembly bearing are not strong enough to withstand pressure,so the problems comes to being:bearing less standing ability leads to frequent repaire).

6.pelleting store is equipped with observation door,so it is convenient inspect of maintenance at any time.



Scope:

this kind of machine mainly applied to crude fiber granulation such as sawdust,rice husk,cotton stalk,cotton seed hull,weeds and all kinds of crop straw,home wastage,the worn out plastic and the factory reject,the material of low adhesion rate,difficult to form.It also can be applied to biological fetilizer,organic fertilizer,compound fertilizer and so on low temperature pelleting.

when specifications as follows are just for the wood,sawdust pellet making,when they are used for making fertilzer or feed,the capacities will be doubled or three times.
